If local, state, and federal elections got 0% turnout, who would determine the winner?


I'm seriously considering never voting again. I don't feel the politicians in my district, state, country represent me at all...

In before Illuminati decides all regardless....

The Electoral College. If they are tied, the election for President is decided in the House of Representatives, with each state delegation having one vote. Senators would elect the Vice-President.
 
Don't vote but don't complain why certain legislation that affect you and your community are being passed into law.

i.e..

Georgia law allows guns in some schools, bars, churches

I just found out there may be a new law passed that let stores charge for plastic bags.. Our 9% taxes isn't enough.. Now I got to get tax for plastic bags too..

they passed the law to outlaw plastic bags now we pay 10 cents for the brown bags :smh:
 
I was in Santa Cruz last week at target and they were charging for bag...i said f that ill carry it out lol
 
I guess what I should have asked was, "is a government reset feasible?"

All elected officials ousted. No Democrats, No Republicans. Even when I do vote, it still seems to not count.

If no one voted, how could the electoral college pick? The electoral college was designed to cast votes based on popular vote, correct?
 
Politics is local, I always make sure I vote in local elections, those have more impact in my day to day living. The right & left in presidential election is just an illusion of choice.

State and local elections are the ones that should matter the most to the average citizen.

Unless you live in a swing state voting for president is a waste of time.

Something we all learned in middle school but no one ever seemed to grasp.
 
Idk reading about IRS handing out bonuses to employees who owed back taxes really rubbed me the wrong way. How is it that they could get bonuses but an issue like unemployment extension is left unanswered.
