I loved this day when I was a kid, they used to make a big deal out of it at my moms old job. Cater food, put on movies, give us toys, and everyone that worked there was extra nice, used to chop it up with these same guys about wrestling every time I went there.

I'm not at work today, but my job didnt do it last year and I'm sure nothings changed this year.

Stepping into the corporate world as a child was always fun.. Everybody was a pleasure to be around, the guys would take me out for lunch, all the ladies were funny and nice..got to see all the hustle and bustle of the city.. I enjoyed it :pimp:

You actually went to work with your mom instead of staying home OP?
Take Your Kids to Work day is on a school day though. If I didnt go with my mom I was going to school instead.

my company did in the past, but the kids had to be at least 7 and they planned activities for them. i'd rather just have my kid(s) with me all day.

Walked into work to see the cafeteria s complete mess because of this.

They do it now only with kids of a certain age (9-12) and they plan stuff for volunteers and HR to do with them all day. Better than a few years ago when these little bastards were terrorizing people all over the place

YA i remember going to my moms job and everyone was mad chill when getting introduced to everyone... some girl at my job brought her son in today and she was the only 1 but the lil kid is cool i gave him a pound n said nice to meet you glad you can make it ... but ya i feel old witnessing this instead of being the kid at work :smh:
