Jordan 11 Air sole unit repair

My friend has a 2012 black/red Jordan 11 and just wondering if there's an easy way to repair a flat/popped air unit on the 11s?

Do we have to cut the material and stick one (if we can find one). I tried looking for info on this but to no avail.
