This show is great...a bit yuppie..but great. Has that nice warm boy meets world, family matters vibe.to it. Plus it is set in the mid to late 80s so its awesome seeing stuff like nintendo, etc. Also the daughter erica is fire.

The karate/talent show episode from earlier in the season is one of the GOATS comedy family episodes ever. Never laughed harder in my life.

Everybody on the show is funny man. Great show

I always see commercials and seems like a show right up my ally, but I've been slacking on checking it out. I definitely won't miss this episode though.

The Ultimate Warrior to get tribute on 'The Goldbergs'

The Denver Post/Denver Post via Getty Images The May 6 episode of ‘The Goldbergs’ will be dedicated to the late Ultimate Warrior, a wrestling icon of the ‘80s who died from cardiovascular disease on April 8.

The creator of ABC's sitcom "The Goldbergs" is wrestling with a proper tribute to one of his childhood idols — the Ultimate Warrior.

Adam Goldberg told TMZ he was devastated when he heard that the 54-year-old wrestling legend died of cardiovascular disease on April 8.

Since he and the writers on "The Goldbergs" were already working on a wrestling-themed episode, he says it was a natural fit to dedicate the telecast to the Ultimate Warrior.

The WWE mainstay — whose given name was James Hellwig — was one of the biggest wrestling stars of the 1980s, the era in which "The Goldbergs" is set.

"With the help of fans on Twitter, I was able to get in touch with (Hellwig’s) family and I'm thrilled to dedicate the episode to him," Goldberg told TMZ.

"It's my way of saying thank you for being the coolest hero a kid could ever have."

The episode, set to air May 6 at 9 p.m., is entitled "A Wrestler Called Goldberg."

Gave this episode a chance. Had to close the window after 10 mins cause the show was so corny. I'm good off this.

Awesome show. I can relate to everything on this show since I was an 80's baby. From the gi joes to the goonies to the reebok pumps.

the show has some good moments with the feels. something that is lacking in today's broadcast primetime shows.

Hoping this stays around for a few seasons. I've enjoyed every episode so far.

Love this show, has that sitcom feel to it and is much appreciated. Its great that after every episode there is home footage that pertains to the actual episode. I always thought its weird the mom calls her children delicious tho.
