Need some advice/opinions from the NT Financial Advisors.

I won a pair of Global Gamess on Ebay this morning, but I keep getting an error when trying to submit the payment. The error says the Paypal account is unable to accept payment at this time. So I reached out to the seller to have them get their account fixed, which he claims he did. After multiple attempts to resubmit the payment to no avail, we decided to go the paypal invoice route. 

Size 10 GGs in 9/10 condition, but no box for $138 shipped. Might be too good to be true 

 

So my question to you all is: Should I pull the trigger or see the Ebay error as a sign?
