Same. I complained about the bag they sent me with the Easter VI's and they gave me a $15 refund. Eastbay doesn't care whatsoever.

i hope so, for everyone's sake haha. I got mine with a friend's employee discount so i can't complain. such a nice colorway imo, like everyone's been saying the pictures don't quite do them justice. the color on the upper is just really nice in person

They don't glue the inside sides of the box down all the way. On the KD VII if you don't pull the shoe straight out or if it gets rattled and banged around delivery, the edges will shred and chip the midsole. Thta's why there have been so many damaged pairs.

I received an email from SA asking for my opinion on service. I guess I can complain there. Too late to complain via phone.
Complaining about a box via phone got me nowhere when talking to Eastbay. They kept asking if the shoe was fine.
