I have not been on this thread for a week or so and just read through the comments. It is always entertaining to me to hear the variety of positions people take in these threads. I also find it funny that people think that KD is boring. They are marketing basketball shoes and his game is far from boring. Believe it or not, some people prefer players who do not always make it in the news for acting like derelicts. I do think that Nike has concocted and stretched some stories just to come up with different colorways for KD's shoes. Just put out shoes in colorways that look good and quit making up a story of how he would eat oatmeal cookies before he went to bed at his grandma's house on Thursdays nights after a contentious game of Chutes and Ladders.

I hope Kd sticks with Nike, but the continued price increases and re-hashed colorways make his shoes less and less appealing. I will probably not buy any Under Armour KDs unless they come up with better designs than they have in the past. To me, their shoes are boring and look cheap.

I may get the CBTS, but not sold on the hyper punch accents. I personally can only have so many shoes with neon pink on them. I keep waiting for better colorways as I did with the KD 6s, I just don't see them coming.

Last sentence in that first paragraph had me ROTFL. Stop giving em ideas playa haha. Well I guess I will go for the CBTS and pick up the 35K's; nearly a FSR on ndc for those.

The swoosh pattern mimics the posite pattern, which is like netting. The socks that they try to push with every release have an enlarged design.

I'm not a fan of this whole matching elite sock trend. Just wear white, black, or grey nike socks.
