Hip Hop Rpg episode 3

i dont have a problem with the turn-based fighting

i just dont want to see 10 min of kendrick doing "combo" every turn

i really liked how the bad guys talked trash before they died

the nostalgia of the rpg elements comes from stuff like that, little nuances of playing and being familiar with those old school rpgs

like ex. a save point before a boss, upgrading weapons and other rpg tropes like when aeris died etc
 
Watching someone play an rpg has to be one of the most boring things ever. That's what this feels like.
 
I'd rather play a game like this.

It was a struggle to sit through the beginning. Had to skip around to appreciate this stuff.

Took me back to my Zelda, Megaman Legends, and Mushashi: Brave Fencer days :smokin
