Jordan Bred 1 Sizing

Hi, I know there are been alot of treads talking about the sizing of Jordan 1, and what I get are some say half size up, some say half size down. Can anyone help by compare the sizing of Bred 1 with Nike SB Dunk High? I have a pair Tiffany Dunk High Size US 10, it fits fine for me. I wonder if I can fit in Jordan bred 1 us 9.5.
