A minimum of $1000 worth of sneakers that are a necessity (or maybe the puppy he got?) vs. using that money instead towards something like food?
I said maybe instead of that hook up he could've had priorities and gotten some free food instead if that's REALLY the issue. And one meal a week? *****WTBS.
This isn't about what the NCAA "owes" athlete-students and anyone who makes it out to be that is a clown. But to act like you're out there barely scraping by with $1000 worth of sneakers (and that's not including all of the other hook ups)? Stop it.

NCAA investigation, probation and the hammer. Stripped of the 2013-14 MNC and 10/19 win, Jameis suspended for 2014 season and decides to focus on baseball, massive transfers and FSU crumbles. Another ACC Atlantic division championship banner gets put up for the real, squeaky clean program.

The point is you shouldnt be comparing a hookup for sneakers to a hookup for food. 1 is usually a one time transaction the other is something you need everyday. Both hookups are NCAA violations. So you'rd rather him commit a violation every time he's hungry or every time he wants some new sneakers?
Ha Ha Clinton DIx got suspended for accepting grocery money. So maybe stealing a few crab legs and only having to pay a deferred $30 fine shows great decision making skills on Winston's part

Smh that Publix hookup is part of the reason for FSU recruting so well. That and being down the street from FAMU. They take that away then that's the equivalent of the death penalty.
