Hey guys, this is my first post here on NT. A few weeks ago, I ordered a pair of the Nike Kobe IX Elites in the Court Purple/Laser Orange colorway when they were restocked at Undefeated. I was really excited to be able to get them, and it was my first time dealing with Undefeated.
After more than a week of not hearing anything, and my order status sitting "awaiting processing", I emailed them to ask about my order. It appeared that I received some pre-generated response about how orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. I went about my life, and finally received shipping confirmation.
The shoes got here today, but imagine my surprise when I opened the box and I had actually received the Nike Kobe IX EM in the Turbo Green/Metallic Silver (Easter) colorway. Not only were they the wrong shoes, but according to the invoice I was billed for the price of the Kobe IX Elites ($225 vs $160).
Has anyone ever had a similar problem with these guys? I've heard nothing but good things about Undefeated, but this has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I tried to call one of their stores so I could talk to someone in person about my issue, but the stores have no affiliation with the order/web system, and they could offer me no number to call. I fired off an email awhile ago, but after Googling around it seems like that pre-generated response message I got the first time I emailed them is what a lot of people get, so I'm not necessarily holding my breath there. Any suggestions or tips?
