If he wants to go down as a partying/alcoholic dude then so be it.

Can't baby the man.

I agree that he needs to have fun and believe me I'd be acting similar, but he's hasn't accomplished anything professionally yet.

I do think that when the fall gets closer he will wind down... or at least I hope...
 
What all this hype about the browns? Sorry but there still not play off material. 6-10 this year sounds right for them
 
Not that it's really relevant, I had a job interview today with the Browns.

It was at the stadium.

Think it went really well.
 
Terms were not released, but the NFL rookie wage scale projected Manziel's deal to be worth about $8.25 million for four years. Like all first-round picks, his contract also includes a fifth-year team option.
 
NFL Rookie contracts suck. Gotta wait 4-5 years to make bank, in a sport where you risk your body on an everyday basis.

You can thank the out of control rookie contracts before the lockout and the unreasonable contract demands of some of the guys who never played a single snap in the NFL for the current rookie pay scale.

Hell it got to a point where in some cases having the number 1 pick could be more of a hinderance then to help if the guy picked was a bust or the draft was weak.

Rookie contacts were one of the things that was an issue during the lockout. If a player performs they can get a raise after their 3rd season like kaepernick did recently.
 
^ You're right. I forgot how much money first picks were making. That JaMarcus Russell contract was insane [emoji]128556[/emoji]. Didn't follow up with the NFL labor agreement so was unaware of the changes.
 
Marketing/Guest Services gig.

Worst part is though is on home games I gotta work but its all good. Being in the stadium :pimp: ... Plus I'll be able to see most of the game if not all.

I'll be working 2 jobs for a couple months but that's ok.

The experience is great :smokin

I'm excited about it.
