I know she wasn't coming back but that was a weak way to send her off. He should have pushed Penguin in too.
 
I actually enjoy this show, it's not the best, but its definitely different from some of the other things on TV right now. The whole Barbara thing in the finale really has me wondering where they're gonna take that character and why they choose to make her act the way she did. I'm no Batman expert, but isn't she who Jim Gordon ends up marrying? Also I know Gotham isn't sticking entirely to the Batman script but still. Does anyone else think they went a little too far with Barbara in last nights episode?

Just caught the season finale. I wonder what's Thomas Wayne's secret?

I'm also interested in Barbara's future storyline as well. Is this a new character for the show or does she appear in the comics? The only Barbara I knew of in the batman universe is bat girl.

Yea. I kept telling myself Im out for season 2, but that last scene.................bruh
I dont care about the Riddler doe, and you just know he's gonna be the main villain next season.
Now I gotta watch. Problem is theyre probably gonna tease us as long as possible with what happens next.
I hope they do a time jump of 10 years with all new actors and Bruce starts his Batman training
Bottom line is show needs better writers.

From my understanding Barbara Kean is Jim's ex-wife in the comics and the mother of Batgirl. Obviously they're not going to go that route in Gotham since they've turned her into a murderer.
