at what point are you getting it, did nike banned you?

I'm getting it when I click "submit order". Maybe I am, would be odd since I don't use a bot or anything. I purchased a pair of Nike Free 4.0 yesterday and today I was unable to order a pair of sweats.

Nope no email. Waiting on call from there operations team. Support guys I spoke with were no help.
