The spot thats an hour away is 50/50 on raffle and fcfs but assuming these are limited they usually will do a raffle, but the ones in my general area always do raffle... so pretty much depends on location

After watching all the Sneak Peaks and loving them. DJ Khaled was the worst one, he spent more time speaking about himself and not the shoes. Perfect Pairs was the best sneak peak so far. He is such a humble guy and has the most amazing shoe collection.this dude is a clown.

Maybe this is a dump mind state BUT if I'm able to still wear these comfortably with an foam insole, does it mean I can go down .5?

If your Carmines feel "tall" (guessing big) it would be good to go a .5 down. Or you can stick with the 9.5 and get a thicker insole to swap out with the one in the shoe to get a better fit.
And depending on how thick the insole is you could go tts or get the 9.5
