most of the places I heard are charging $200 because that is box price for these LTD. Kith probably just reloaded them onto the old Uncaged UB price thats still in their system

Nope. Retailers can get in trouble if caught selling the product earlier than the release date. That's how a particular boutique in Boston lost its Jordan account.

I'm also pretty sure that it was a mistake on Kith's part but the consumers win there.
