Yeah there's been CB 1.0 and White 1.0s with later production dates than the 2.0 but I doubt that'll be the case with these Navys. Since they only ship to lower 48 that usually means they're just pulling all the pairs that are sitting at FTLs nationwide before they have to mark them down a lot. You'd be surprised how many FTLs in smaller cities just have UBs sitting because there's no hype up there or at least not as much as in bigger markets

Because they are the OGs. There is also a pretty noticeable difference between the colors. The 2.0s aren't as attractive IMO.
