do the 1.0's really wear out quick?? or is that over exaggerated? the knit on the 1.0 is def better
It's not the shoes themselves that wear quicker its the outsole. The original rubber outsole isn't as durable as the new continental outsole they started using. They did use it on some 1.0s though so it just depends what colorway you're thinking about grabbing. Either way if you're just wearing them casually you won't have a problem even if it's the original outsole its nothing super serious lol

Agreed.

How long have you been wearing them? What condition are they in?
I've been wearing my white 1.0's for about 6 months. Just a bit of wear on the outsole, nothing I'm worried about.

If you're using them for running then yea they'll wear out quick. I've been using my 1.0s for casual use over the past year and a half (part of a rotation so not used everyday) and they held up pretty fine. I have seen some cases with people's 1.0 rubber cracking tho? That might be a 1 in 10000 case.

The outsole cracking happens but it's rare. I have a lot of 1.0s, most of them worn quite a bit, and none have cracked outsoles or anything even close.

When it comes to casual wear, the durability issue on the 1.0 outsole has been greatly overstated. It's not that bad. The nubs wear down to flat and then it stays that way for the foreseeable future unless you're really beating them up.

People will most likely disagree with this, but the pairs with stretchweb outsoles are actually more comfy than the pairs with continental outsole, to me at least. Since the stretchweb is softer, it allows the boost to flex more and the overall sole unit is softer. With the conti outsole it feels a tiny bit more stiff.

180$ is a lot for a shoe, especially one you have never tried on before...(Not all of us live in NY)

That being said, cop the sneakers man, it won't be your last pair. I wear them every chance I get, and really only cop other sneakers for looks now.

Thought I was the only one who noticed this. Besides the terrible wear and the slipping, the comfort of the first sole is better than the continental.

dude go to nordstrom and have them store locate a pair..i did that one friday night an they shipped..the ones they selling online are backordered and they prob did a terrible job selling more than what they have in stock
