Im a 11 in UB 2.0 so an 11 should be good in RCs despite the thinner knit?

Yes...  You can go .5 down or same size as your UB

Definitely safe. Rcs feels a lot looser.

I will definitely say btw the RCs run big (normal TTS, i.e no need to do the normal UB .5 up -- maybe even .5 down if you have narrow feet)
