They put a hold on the money to make sure you have it in your account, which will go away in a couple days. money isnt actually withdrawn until they ship

The stock pic is quite interesting. I recall the original run's stock picture having a very metallic looking finish. Black laces and clear-ish looking cage is weird to me. Love my pair though so, ehhh.

My understanding is that increased durability was the main goal of the new outsole. One would hope the traction might be better as well.

Those grey w/ white cage samples had continental soles. Technically not released yet (a few pairs sold on eBay) but out in the world to some extent...

Careful how frequent you clean the ribcage on your White UB's everyone. I cleaned mine with mild soap and water after each wear and now the cage is a dingy yellow.

Time to look for another pair...

Someone on here that has the grey samples said that yes you get more traction/grip and it will probably be harder wearing (although thats not hard But apparently you do lose alittle of that 'Boost Bounce' as the Conti compound is stiffer/harder.

@skep I have the popular well known cleaners, but the only reason why I didn't use any of them is because a buddy of mine had the same problem with those cleaner(s) on his white ESM Energy Boosts. Deterred me from using them on mine.
