Ew those 3Ms are hideous. Just doesn't work well with the black/how they attempted to mix it in with the weave
 
Correct me if im wrong, but nike used to say they would make their flyknit 3m (as in the yarn) but looks like adidas got there first, any idea if the 3M will fade?
 
any reviews on the continental soles compared to the current soles?
 
Looking at the 3ms and UB in general I wish they used the knit material they used on the J&D

for the heel and tongue areas.

Or make the shoe a FULL primeknit upper.

Not every colorway needs it but some really do.

I can't wait to get my hands on the 3Ms though.

Yeah,  after one wear around the house, on kitchen tiles,  my nubs have not worn down.

Seriously though, the soles are stiffer and more rigid. 

Continental soles are designed to last.

Nice pick up.  I ordered mine from RRS.  Is that where you got these?  

I think they look good. Black and some white - cant go wrong.  Plus 3M??  Sick.  Will be my run/gym shoe for sure.  Nice pickup.

Sooooo, possibly some VERY good news here. I just stumbled upon a picture of the 3M UBs that I had never seen before and did a google image search on it. It turned up a few sites, but most interestingly, these two:

If any of you guys got that email last week from footlocker about the white ub being out of stock and being shipped out at around january, just know that they just received the shipments of them today and are being prepared to ship out within the next few days
 
I personally think they look amazing, and can't wait to wear them tomorrow.
Yes, they are from RRS and I'm glad I got em. If they stock stuff on the future that I like, I won't hesitate to buy.
With them stealing all this info on these and cream, I hope my pictures don't end up on their site lol. I'll try n take a good on foot picture tomorrow outdoors.

It's a pretty constant thing. Someone will post something on here and a few hours later Complex/Hypbeast/Sneakernews will be posting the exact same thing. Can't blame em really, if I wrote for one of those sites I'd probably use NT as a resource too, although it would be nice if they went through some sort of effort to vet the information as opposed to taking NT members at their word. Not everyone here knows what they're talking about.

3M colorway only dropped via pre-order at RRS. Going to restock?

After giving myself some serious 1-on-1 counseling for being an idiot and passing on them again (read the negative reviews someone posted literally before I was going to buy a few pairs), I've been back several times. Each time, when I switched sizes to mine, the colorway defaulted to something they had in stock. Sadly, it wasn't the OGs.
