I would definitely not use mine for any crossfit workouts. It's not stable enough IMO. Someone mentioned trainerendors, I usually roll with those or kayano trainers.

I wear a 10 in flyknit trainers and racers and most shoes actually. I got a 9.5 in ultra boosts and they are pretty much perfect.

I wouldn't paint the boost, but I would love to get rid of the plastic adidas cage. Adidas is so ostentatious with their branding, sometimes.

I'm personally a fan of the three stripes cage. It blends it with the design and is functional.

I have an old pair of pure boosts I could test out. An Adidas employee at the San francisco store had pair on with black soles. He said he used shoe polish, the type you dab with the bottle. It looked decent except for the shoe Polish gives it a shine, I like it flat, like the pair above us.

Any suggestions fellas? Non glossy angelus paint? I don't want to have to order this stuff. Hopefully they have it in SF somewhere.

There are Pure Boost 2.0s at Chicago Premium Outlets in Aurora, IL, but at full price. Can get $10 coupon in store. Also, had a 20% off deal via e-mail that they said they would accept. Pretty sure that 20% off coupon is for anyone on the adidas mailing list.  I didn't pull the trigger though. Waiting on the red colorway.

Pretty sure that's if the boost capsules are colored before fusing them together to create the midsole, not painting the exterior of an already manufactured boost midsole (which would likely result in cracking anyways).
