I have spoken to customer service of both Adidas and Sports Authority (where I got my UB from) and both confirmed a 1.5 in size difference. I also tried on Mens size 9.5 in store and own a Womens size 10.5 and the womens size fits like a mens 9.
 
copped my 1st pair (grey pure boost) at ftl for $50 & fell in love with how comfortable they were.  took advantage of a $10 off coupon + 16% cash back EBATES was offering to order the og black pair on eastbay just now, cant wait.

My fault, seems you're right. I got a size 10 in womens, not 10.5. Had to dig it up in my order records. It is one size off. Apologies.

With that said though, the primeknit it tight enough and pliable enough that you could really be off by half a size and it would still fit. It isn't like flyknit trainers where the upper doesn't conform to your feet, it's more like the flyknit free where they are more sock-like they way they mold to your feet.

Are the mens and women's shoe both constructed the same? Are the women's pair more narrow or anything? Different details?

 I haven't received a shipping email or anything yet. Thought they were shipping on the 1st? But well I ordered the blacks. 
 
Yeah how are dudes that ordered yesterday getting shipping already? I ordered whites and blacks right when it went live and nothing yet for me.
 
I spoke to adidas chat. She said that they're either not supposed to ship or arrive until the 1st. When I brought up that some have already received shipping confirmation, I also asked if there was an error in the warehouse with some shipping out early and she said that she wouldn't rule out that possibility.

The picture you quoted is the limited Collective/Consortium version. The GRs have the black outsole and more of a yellowed tint on the Primeknit sections, as well as a different synthetic material on the TPU cage. I posted a handful of pics a couple pages back.
