Samples from last September, but I haven't seen anything since then to indicate they'll ever be released.  The tag says spring/summer 16, so I guess it's still possible, but Adidas seems to be going in the direction of gradient PK, not these.

I don't know if these will ever actually release but adidas isn't ditching the OG knit pattern, they've just been dropping a lot of gradients lately.

Also the samples have a leather cage, as do the upcoming brown gradients, so maybe this summer will see the release of more leather cage GRs.

True, though these aren't even OG pattern.  They're no pattern at all, which I like a lot.  Hopefully there will be releases like this, but after 6 months you'd think something else would have leaked if they were in the pipeline.  Time will tell.
 
Looks like gloss above the ridge, and matte below.  Definitely better than the other pics that were going around.
