I actually think they yellows are pretty dope, and I know the UBs are better, but I have a pair of volt FK Trainers and I really have no need for another pair of shoes in that colorway...

I thought I was the only one who thought they were very similar to Volt trainers. I don't have a pair of those so I'm tempted to grab the UBs.

Also, repped to whoever posted that friends30 code. Got the Navys for $126 :pimp:.

sweet deal... been wanting to grab the blacks for work but my size in 7.5 is out. 7 felt a little too tight for me. How is Adidas with in store size exchanges?

Don't forget the rebate sites. Not sure if you'll still get rebate with coupon but worth trying. Mrrebates 5% and befrugal 7%

White Ultra Boosts seem to be drying up on eBay.  I need a size 11 but looks like everything on there now is from Hong Kong.

Are the solar yellows available for under retail anywhere?

I want to cop the blues off of adidas with the 30 percent off, but the solar yellow have bumped to the top of my wish list.

roadrunnersports.com has them. if you sign up for their membership for $1.99, you'll get 10% off. If you wait, they're always having discounts of up to 20-25% off as a member.

Any place that has the pure boost chill black/white? Ive been looking for black and white boosts but all the models in that colorway seem to be soldout in a 11.

are the ultra boosts a huge upgrade over the original pure boost?

i find the pure boost too squishy for my liking, to me they aren't that comfortable to walk in, feels like there isn't any support

also if i wear an 11 in pure boost, what size should i get in ultra

thanks

Glad I waited a bit on the Navy UB's; almost bought them off SNS when released.

$137 shipped isn't bad; now that I have 2 pairs, I can use one exclusively for running. These really are great shoes.

I think so.  I had the primeknit pure boost and it was OK.

I would go up a .5 size from the pure boost. (I was a 10 in the PB and for a 10.5 in the UB).

it depends on what you use them for. if youre actually going to run in them, stick with UBs. if youre just gonna walk around/hang out, then either is fine. there is also a $60 price difference, so it really depends on how much you want to spend. personally, i prefer the UBs because they are more stable than pures, but pures are a bit more comfortable.

i have wide feet and went TTS. they feel snug at first, but after you wear them a bit, they loosen up. trying them on for a few minutes isnt enough time to allow them to stretch to your feet. i was first skeptical that my pair was too small, but after 2-3 wears they are perfect.

thats gonna be a bit hard to explain, but ill do my best. when i first put them on, they were a 9/10 in terms of being tight. 10 being the tightest, 0 being loose. i thought i was gonna have to exchange them bc it felt like they reduced the blood flow to my feet. ive worn them about 4-5 times for at least 6 hours each and now theyre a nice 5/10. they fit without being too loose, but enough to feel secure.

Yes, I was referencing the fit as a whole. Mind you, I have wide feet, so if you're a medium width, you won't have the same issues. Also, I wear fairly thin socks. If I were to wear some normal Nike drifit (for thickness comparison...pause) then I'd have to go .5 size up. My foot is wide up front, I have a tall midfoot, and a narrow heel. Basically I have duck feet.

i got my pure boost for $50 a couple months ago, so the price difference is huge, but i dont enjoy wearing them for more than a couple hours

they will be strictly everyday shoes, no running

your feet sounds exactly like mine, so i think i'll size up for more flexibility with socks and such

i also own the climachill sonic boosts, and although there is minimal boost material, they are more comfortable than the pure boost imo

Another shoe to look into as well is the Los Angeles. No boost but very very freaking comfy

has anyone ordered through adidas.com using paypal sucessfully?

i ask because i placed an order this morning and it never went through. my order doesn't show in history at all.. and when i check my balance it shows $0.00

when i called adidas they said to wait for the authorization hold the drop in 24-48 hrs? so basically they have my money on hold for no reason at all. really sucks because i wanted to use my paypal funds to get the deals they have right now with friends and family..

anyone know what i can do?

or do i just have to wait for funds to get back to my account.

i've placed two orders through paypal today and both are being processed

I guess I'm returning my order with 20% off

RRS doesn't discount more than the VIP 10%.  Adidas is on their exclusion list when discounts double.
