Does anyone not pinroll these days?  Man, I'm too old for that ish.
Shout out to '89 in 6th grade ... the last time I pinolled.

I'm 30. Never pinrolled. Did the whole rubber band around the ankle when I was rockin' baggy jeans then transitioned to a slim/skinny fit when my fashion sense changed. So now, slim/skinny jeans or joggers for me.

I may be the oldest in here (was there for the OG Jordans).  I was a senior in high school in 89, and pinrolling was everywhere.   I remember a picture in the yearbook of a circle of shoes and every pants leg in the photo was pinned.  Every generation thinks they're coming up with something new, but usually it's been done before.

Y'all probably never got involved in the rubber banding / stapling jeans in the late 90s early 2000s then. Back when Skinny jeans and low rise jeans were for women.

Retro 90s style is making a comeback with the younger folks.

I'm even older LOL. I was in college in 89 and we were pinrolling every day. Haha. I remember seeing pictures on IG and NT of that style coming back and I just laughed remembering the good old days.

hahah so this is an out-age competition now?

If that's the case Adi Dassler and I were classmates. I moved because he wanted to be a Nazi.

I think the pin roll now when it started again versus pin roll before are different...  Maybe Im just thinking of something else...

That whole trend flew over my head. I probably just heard of it last year. Honestly, can't say that I've ever seen anyone with pinrolled jeans in person. Never caught on in my area. Even the people I know that collect sneakers still rock straight legs or slim cuts

I have yet to see a early Gen-X rocking a pair of UBs in my area. Where the OGs at in the bay?

I remember a month or two ago.  Saw a 50yr oldish dude rocking the wool greys walking out of CVS.  Probably more for comfort/walking/running than stunting.  Nevertheless, it was great to see.

lol. Close to the top, but not at the top, that's for sure. In general, there are older dudes in the other runner forums, such as Asics. If not older, around my age. To be fair, my mother started me in school earlier in case I failed

But I'm 38 and there are certainly older dudes on NT and in this forum.
