Did anyone order using the BD link yesterday around 9am PST and not receive shipping confirmation yet?

I ordered at 7:30 AM PST and I don't have any further progress with order status. I'm gonna call them this afternoon.

I ordered yesterday at 11:45 AM CST and called them this morning and they told me my order is still open and waiting to be packed & shipped. Didn't know what else to ask them lol.

Yesterday I did the backdoor link was able to get a size 12 and 12.5 around 12 pm EST
But haven't been charged and it hasn't shipped
My status shows up as: In progress - Order confirmed, waiting to be packed
At this point should I just contact a customer service rep? Pretty sure its going to get cancelled since it hasn't shipped yet
I have a feeling the customer service rep is going to give me the run around and then cancel them, but not sure since according to you they said your order is still open

That sucks, man. Prob b/c 50+ people contacted CS yesterday, essentially alerting them that "unofficial" orders were being placed. It's like someone robbing a bank, telling all the bank employees a few hours later, and wondering why they got caught.

Honestly guys if you still haven't gotten the BD order shipped yet, just sit tight and DON'T contact cs. They may or may not ship it, but if you go in circles asking every cs, someone may cancel it saying it was before the official restock

Hmmm. I tried going the chat route while I was on hold with CS on the phone - the person on chat just told me they don't handle order status requests and gave me the number to CS. I only asked if I could get an update on an order I made - I never mentioned trying to get White UB's. Same with the guy on phone, I only gave him my order #.
Holding on to strings here lol.

lol I will say if you do call CS, be very smart about it. i did to apply the 15% discount. all i said was i made an order a few days ago... didn't get the 15% code and if he could apply it to my order. gave him my order ID and was put on hold for like 5 mins. helped that i made some small chat with the guy and he didn't seem like the type who would be all angry n stuff...
