So I've never really thought about this but what do the letters on the box stand for? For instance, there is Ultra Boost LTD and Ultra Boost M. I'm sure you guys can school me on something like this.

As far as I know, the letters mean:
M - Mens sizing
W - Womens sizing
J - Junior sizing
LTD - Limited

Same same - boost is dead, IMO it's too much of a lifestyle shoe now - waiting after the futurecraft / 3D runner lineup; them TBs are liiittt not just worth $2K xD

I mean just the sole obviously the upper will have it's own wear and tear. I wish there are CB 1.0s with continental sole. But I guess the closest would be the 3ms.

Are the 1.0 w/o continental soles bad? My 2.0's squeaks on marble floor when I'm at work or at the gym.. its rather annoying.

I don't know about squeaking. But the original soles feel more squishy to me. I just don't like how they wear away fast.

Sounds like he just wants the next big thing and since boost is so mainstream now it's not cool to him, hence "dead'.

Kinda of, it's not about being cool or not, just not a fan of fast fashion. When UB's first came out, the tech and the comfort level was at the best, and since 2.0 came in, I reckon they kill the shape IMO and everything else.
Comfort wise it's not just the same, the pk just stick to your feet in a weird way - tried to convince myself and bought 2 pairs of 2.0 and it just doesn't work.
Now they coming up with a new tech, and soon to be able to get out of a shop with a shoe shaped to your feet, that is such a big win.
