very easy, watch HesKicks youtube.  theres tons of vids out there already.  just be careful not to cut into the knit. cage comes off very easily with a sharp exacto knife.

I have some Ikea Shoe trees, they're made for leather shoes. They stretch the heel area and the knit of sneakers, wouldn't recommend them unless you bought a shoe that's actually 1/2 size too small (length wise) to wear.

On the X Ray? I went .5 down, which, with a few exceptions, it seems like that is consistent with how Y3s run, at least in my experience. I'm a 9 in UB, but an US8.5 in a Qasa, the ZG, and now this X Ray.

Imo the max you can go is 10.5. Full size up might be too big considering the sizing of 3.0 are tts/half size down
