Nah it happens. One wear is very ambiguous. One wear could mean a run in the mud like @DesD1

This guy's response after I sent him pics of the nakeds was hilarious.

"They don't look that great in those pics. Look kinda bad actually."

Man did he not know what they looked like beforehand? Haha

True, I would never sell/buy shoes I/someone already wear, more than ONCE CAREFULLY, let alone run in (And since it's so hard to tell I never end up jumping on VNDS deals), I could even gift them to my cousins but not sell.

I'm happy they're all up on grailed. Got my pair on feet while searching for a 2nd, please keep undercutting each other

Heres another photo
Bro, my MG are my daily beaters... they hold up really well for a pair of shoes. grey hides like 90% of dirt. All you gotta do is wipe off the boost if it gets too dirty. I dont even do that and i barely have any yellowing.  No one will notice anything is wrong with that shoe.

Your innocent question about the price of the wool greys has unintentionally touched upon something I've been thinking about the sneaker resale market for awhile. Hear me out.

You're likely referring to the eBay sale for 499 on 1/1/17 by a seller called ctsneakfreak. That price is insane. How do I know? I tried selling my own deadstock pair very recently. I started at 400. Had tons of views but it sat. I relisted several times before I sold for low 300s. I had views every time and no bights. But you're telling me someone bought it for 499 on 1/1/17, way above market? I smell something fishy.

I am not making an accusation as I do not know this seller, but think about it. If you're trying to unload some rare kicks, one of the ways to establish market value is to make eBay prices look higher. You can do that by selling to yourself and then canceling the transaction so you pay no fees, as you're only charged on a sale.

A 499 for the wool greys is insanely high, especially considering many sell in the 300 range, are for sale in the 300 range currently and the shoe isn't THAT RARE.

I would love to know what all of you think, but if anyone is in the finance world, you'd know that thinly traded stocks can be easily manipulated. This shoe is thinly traded, it would be much harder to try to manipulate the pricing of say, an Air Jordan Space Jam since thousands sell each day. But wool greys, creams, 3m etc.- you can make funny prices and try to reset what the "market price" is on eBay. Curious what you all think.
You joined just for this moment?
