"Yall sleeping on the 3.0s" they are selling out on every single site...no one is sleeping on them

3.0s are a complete miss for me and a bunch on here. The ones that are sleeping aren't missing out because we are uniformed...we prefer better shoes for performance purposes or more aesthetically pleasing shoes for casual purposes
 
How many people run in their ultraboost like they were intended for?

I ran the marine corp marathon in my OG ultra's.

I can see why people like the snug fit of the 1.0's but personally I think the 3.0's give your foot a little breathing room, which I like. Sometimes the bottom of my feet get numb cuz the 1.0 is constantly hugging your feet, even when they're not firmly touching the floor. Also I like the fact that they're mixing it up, I mean.. to do the same **** over and over again gets old.. I like a little variety.

I agree with the 1.0's being a bit snug around the top of my feet (closer to the ankle).  The part where its not pk, right by the collar tab is tight.  I had to take the insole out of mine so my foot doesn't go numb after wearing them for a while.  I still love the 1.0's though.  Especially the OG and white cw's.

I agree. While I like the "everyday comfort" of the 3.0s, they are not structurally sound enough for running. Which is why I was wondering how many people run in them. Seems to be Adidas is giving into the lifestyle cool factor of them.

It seems like only seasoned runners with great form would benefit from running in ultra boost. Dudes like me who do it casually are probably better off with Asics, NB, etc..
 
What i don't like about the 3.0's is how unnatural they feel on foot after wearing different models for a couple of days. Wore 1.0's and R1 PKs the entire week and it took about half an hour for my feet to get adjusted to the shoe again.

I saw it, but the Pushas are uglier every time I see them. First picture had me intrigued but all of the weird texture and different materials look out of place to me. I'm sure its related to fish scales/coke which is so cool to some people

Yeah I feel like that has something to do with it as well. We often don't like change, it's human nature. Like most great movies, the sequels never live up to the original.. The 1.0's were so great, that now the bar is set high enough to where anything that comes after it won't live up to those same expectations.

same here, a fan of Push but not a fan at all of how this shoe looks.  I would never wear this shoe out personally, just would auto-pick another better looking grey UB

I think when people are talking about people "sleeping", it means some people in this thread who've been around for 1.0's/2.0's.  They find the comfort and look in those more pleasing than the 3.0 and are passing on a lot of these current pairs.

I wouldn't take it literally, as in overall that people are sleeping.

My comment was more directed towards the people who've been on the UB train from the beginning. As of late, the UB hype has exploded.. and the masses are all drawn to it. There's a larger market for UB's now than there ever was which is why they're mostly selling out. I should have been more clear when I said "people". Because I was referring to the sneakerheads who are on forums and have been following the UB before the hype train took over.
