Yes, they fit roughly similar but I feel like 1.0 sz 12 are still overall more snug than sz 11 3.0 (NC or CNY). 

I keep putting my sizing dilemma down to the fact that one of my feet is actually closer to 11.5 than 12 in measurement and my feet are also relatively medium/narrow width with a decent arch.

Legit check please guys on these Silver 1.0s.Posting here because im looking to the trigger, or not, ASAP. Also what would you rate them as they are used. Thanx in advance. I  WILL DELETE AFTERWARDS.

Okay thanks for the info. Although my rcs are half size down from my 1.0. Full size down might not fit my taste.
 
When are the caged multi 3.0's releasing again? That's the only pair I'm really looking forward too.

Unboxing pics of my Night Cargos with a quick on feet before I leave the office. Worked late today. 

There is some toe bulge to be fair when I prop my legs up and my toes push/fall back against the thin primeknit. However, on feet and on the ground, there is certainly none as you can see. I've also pointed to where my furthest toe (big toe) reaches on both the right and left foot. Remember, I'm a TTS sz 12 for the majority of 1.0's.

Looking at the sole pic thought the pair you have has dirty bottoms then I remember they have tan bottoms. :lol:
