Literally done with ADC consumer relations right now and ADC in general. Been calling here and there for a month because I've had my information flagged on their website. In the end they told me the information I provide for my order is suspicious and has a very high risk of being fraudulent. Having a name associated with multiple addresses, emails can trigger the flag. I've moved 3 times in 2 years and maybe have 4 email addresses in my name. I'm sure other people have had this happen too. I've never done anything suspicious with my information. After talking with him and expressing my frustrations he pretty much told me I'm banned permanently from ADC unless I change the information I provide and they can't do anything about that. I said I can't change my name or where I live just to order sneakers. Then he told me I should use a friend or family member to order for me, but it's just annoying to ask for this every time I want to order something. Sorry for the rant, just annoyed with the whole process. I've never had something like this happen to me before while trying to order from a website.

this is complete ********. i would try n go higher up the chain n ruffle some feathers. ive read of people emailing district/regional managers of fedex and/or ups when deliveries serverly bungled. im not sure this would help but try finding out who their payment processor is and contact them about the issue as well.

Can you just have a new email address with new ADC acct? If they blocked your IP, get a new one too?

the only thing that would trigger after that is your credit card info.

nah his info and/or card is flagged. I'm in the same position. Tried a different name but same card info and still blocked payment.

That's not hard to fix. Some CC's let you generate a one-time use code or you can just report it lost, and get a new one in a few days.
