pretty sad that folks can't even rock zebra heat w/o fearing for their safety.
special place in hell for scumbag thugs.
Why are you scared? And why did you buy them if thats how you feel. Or are you really just trying to resell
Well, I'm more scared to get them dirty but I do live in Chicago so both are problems

Chiraq: just declare a hard curfew and martial law.
So messed up.

Good move ChiSneakers. Get something unique to you.

if wearing a sneaker is gonna run the risk of get me killed or robbed, I would rather not wear them or sell them and use the money to move to a better living situation where problems like that wouldn't arise.

I wear nice shoes in kinda sketchy neighborhoods in NY but chiraq is a different story. I would be wearing plastic bags there.

Lol what? People will still rob sneakers off your feet depending on where you wander. I'm in NYC too but I know some places I wouldn't wanna be caught wearing $1-2K shoes

Still happening. This was a few months ago. Seller almost lost his life over a pair of Jordan's that weren't too hard to find at retail...

And another story also not too long ago where dude was buying a pair of Jordan 8 Aquas, yes those GR shelf sitters. Dude got robbed and he hopped in a car and ran over the perpetrator. The robber who was just a kid had his arm tore off.

I'm not surprised. Think I also saw some kid live auctioning his pair of zebra's outside the store and get robbed. Obviously a dumb idea but these types of things happen more frequently than you might think....

But thats when you are doing meet ups in the hood , what do you expect ?, you directly letting these desperate dudes know exactly what you have or how much money you will be holding. They got time plan the whole thing out to rob you with meet ups.  This dude in Canarsie(my old neighborhood) got his arm taking off literally for trying to rob a old west indian man doing a meet up.

good for the kid, let his *** learn a lesson. They break thieves'  hands in third world countries to teach them

Saw that news video: Kid gets in, robs him and walks away. Dude does a u and runs into him. F* the kid.
Yeah meant that.

jesus, they're only sneakers. some people man :smh:

and im talking about the ones doing the robbing, not @ChiSneakers not talking about wanting to wear them.

To be completely honest, I never want to wear my PBs just because I dont want to have to deal with people stopping me and talking to me about them

Were not in a third world country though fam. Stealing someone's sneakers is never acceptable but to run over someone for a pair of kicks? What the hell is wrong with dudes....
