Same here length wise the 7.5 was good for me but it was too tight for my liking so I .5ed it up to an 8. Which was still a little narrow but understandable, but not super narrow and tight like the 7.5.

My first pair of adidas since high school. Everyone saying the most comfortable running shoes ever. How is the ventilation? is it flyknit-ish?

Little thicker than Flyknit, but the most comparable thing on the market. IMO the PrimeKnit is slightly more comfy too. Just a little softer.

primeknit is more comfy yes, but in terms of breathibility tho flyknit is still superior.
overall though i still prefer the primeknit upper over flyknit; more lock down, more cozy

Primeknit>>>>> flyknit. I own most of the original trainers and sold all of my racers (super overrated shoe). Primeknit forms to the foot better. It has some elastic woven in which is a nice touch. The UBs use different variations of the knit in different areas of the shoe where support and rigidity is needed and Breathes extremely well.

they were pretty special when they dropped to me. summer olympics was awesome. summer runs all the way into the fall.
they were special.
main issue is that it became a cool guy shoe.
dont worry ultra boosts are next in line to become "overrated"

Reading is fundamental. I said RACERS are overrated. Flyknit Trainers IMO are better than racers in every way... Performance wise and aestheticly. Like it's right there, "I own", guess that was hard to read when you're looking for something to tear apart. Flyknit trainers are the best shoe from Nike to be outfitted with flyknit and one of their best shoes in quite sometime.

During the Olympics, the trainers were the highlight. Look at the marketing. And what is "the cool guy shoe" is really irrelevant. That has nothing to do with how good a shoe looks or performs.
UB is just a superior shoe all around, regardless if it becomes a "cool guy shoe".

^^^ ya man I def agree with what youre saying. flyknit trainers were quite possibly the best aesthetically pleasing shoe nike has put out since the presto's imo. such a damn shame whoever made the decision to pull the plug on the fk trainer line.
i still have hope that nike will eventually put out some sort of FK Trainer in the future. nike ain't dumb, they damn sure know there's plenty and plenty of hype around the FK Trainer.
UB's come VERY close, but if were just talking about casual runners its FK Trainer > UB (albeit a very, very slight margin) >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> FK Racers.

Sizing up .5 to a size 12 on these. Was way too tight on my feet in a resting position, but felt okay when I was walking. Gets really hot too but probably due to it being cramped.

I'm guessing not, but it's been a while since I checked in here...has anyone discovered a good way of cleaning to boost material yet?
The sides of my pure boost 1.0s towards the bottom are starting to get a little dark and dirty; I use magic eraser and toothbrush+soap and water and it does an okay job but it doesn't clean them completely.

Black and white J&Ds just came in and I'm blown away. I don't know what exactly it is about these but these are probably my favorites of the year behind the Chicago 1s.
