what did you use to paint the mid sole?  i blacked out my mid sole with a glossy and flat black paint from angelus.  Only problem is that the mid sole isn't meant to be painted on and mine starts to chip off after a few wears (because of the compression)

I actually didn't use Angelus for this. I used a light body opaque acrylic paint called Neoopaque by Jacquard. It is neither matte nor glossy--The shine you are seeing comes natural from the white boost material plus a massive amount of light shining in. If you look at this pic here you can see the boost material split horizontally into two parts divided by a line.. it's naturally glossy on the top section and more matte on the bottom section. I'm completely satisfied w/ the results.

I didn't want to use Angelus again because I used it before on an OG Chicago 1 project... The paint had a weird finish after it dried. However, with this Neoopaque stuff, it is extremely flexible when dried so it is more resistant to cracking.

Not sure we're you from but out here in so cal adidas got their shipment 12-2 I was calling stores upon opening and they all were saying that time frame.
