I don't see adidas discounting their flagship running shoe 45-50% off. These haven't even been available via the employee store at any discount.

Maybe a retailer will have 50% off and they won't be excluded...
 
bought the zx 8000 boost but am sending them back, they only put boost on half of the insole insert and the transition is annoying. hopefully they update them in the future with a more thought out design

Exactly why I copped at 135 on Easter. I'm not gonna wait for months for a discount that might not happen just to save $30.

Ultra boosts are the best shoe this year. Period. Well done Adidas

I ended up buying some Pure Boost 1 at $80 from Run x Foot Locker. I'm surprised they had them at $80 cause I found them at $60 in another FTL they just didn't have a 7.5
 
the pure boost 1 was 49.99 at my local FTL last week. Copped only two pairs thinking I'll get more later. Today, back up to $69.99

As soon as I find a footlocker with boosts at $50 in my size, I'm cleaning house. Cheapest we'll ever see this and any shoe that has the boost tech, I can see wearing for the rest of my life
 
Can anyone help me locate the black pure boost 1 in a size 12.5? My current pair has seen better days and don't like the aesthetics of the pb2 at all. Any help would be much appreciated. Willing to pay $20 finders fee that's how much I love these shoes.

I've been looking at every FTL i've come across, but still haven't seen them for $49.99. Definitely copping as soon as I do. 
 
I believe the prices are now $69.99...it was $49.99 for almost 3 weeks....go to your local FL and have them do a price check.

Finally got around to wearing my pure boosts- top 5 favorite sneaker of all time ---- completely versatile with looks and the best feel ever
 
Just bought the Ultra Boost's but am getting a little concerned about a lot of people talking about the "nubs" wearing down even with casual wear. I didn't buy them to run in, just for casual wear as I liked the design n comfort level but I definitely don't want the traction to be worn away either just walking around in them. Anyone else have any issues with the soles wearing out?

In my honest opinion... The nubs "wearing down" is negligible. They wear, with casual wear, but the sole just doesn't completely deteriorate. I run about 3 miles a day on mine and then use them casually 3-4 times a week and the shoe is intact and comfortable and still looks great.

Best shoe I've bought in awhile.

Mine have not worn out, but are getting flatter until they completely flatten out i suppose.. Anyway i wear mine casually and for weekly runs and they are in decent shape. If you're just rocking them casually you shouldn't be too worried.
 
I've been wearing my Solar Red Energy Boost 2 daily for the last few months, and I'm in love with these shoes.

Once the fuse strip behind the toe box broke in, the shoes have been PERFECT. The support is so good, and the cushion is A1. I used to be an Air Max guy for daily wear, but I think these have taken the torch.

I can't wait until these hit Adidas outlet's en masse for $25 or less. I will double and triple up.
