it's a pre-order. money won't be taken out until it's processed on the 1st.

Thanks!! I setup eBates also... went to Adidas... Sz 10 and 10.5 already gone.. GEESH!!

O Snap, looks like they did a (restock) on the sizes. Was able to order my 10.5's. I'll probably head to the mall tomorrow to try a pair on and see if I need that 10 or that 10.5 but got the 10.5 to be safe for now

Used Discount and Ebates.. Shout Out to everyone that helped 
 
Hey Guys, this was my first time using ebates for anything. 

How fast does that email from eBates come after you order? I want to confirm that I did it correctly and getting the cash back. 

If anyone else has got it, let me know, if not, is it because its a Pre-order product and we will get it later?

It could take 1-3 days, but I already got credit for it. If you're really unsure and paranoid, follow the method above of contacting them and informing them yourself about your missing cashback. As mentioned, as long as you created a shopping trip the same day you bought and used the same window to checkout, you should be good.

I am gonna have to contact CSR about this..but hopefully I can get an idea...

So i ordered a 9.5 for myself with the ebates etc then i received the 16% cashback....an hr later I made another purchase for a 10 just in case the 9.5 is snugged...but I didnt receive any cashback yet....is only a one time thing or it must be purchased in the same window to redeem the cashback?

Missed a size 10 preorder on the all whites, smh. Hope they restock sizes soon before the drop. Such a clean colorway.

Open up a ticket with eBates to get your cash back. It's not a one time thing, you get credit per order.
 
Damn people already got their ebates on their account? Kind of worried about mine since I already made an inquiry about my order and they usually just update your account after that.
 
i called and got the lady to adjust for th 15% off, and forgot to use ebates but went it after and it worked!!!

with this pre-order of the all white ultra's, at 180 2x pairs, this was clutch

same. first time using ebates so idk.. I sent a "wheres my cash" inquiry yesterday as well
 
patience is a virtue. the time it takes to receive cashback varies, especially on a preorder where the sale hasn't been made yet. the way the cashback works is that adidas pays ebates for the business they bring them, so if the transaction isn't complete adidas doesn't have to issue the credit to ebates (and thus, to you).
