Sweet never got a shipping confirmation for my bd order but rechecked the tracking (yesterday was showing as incorrect invalid order, but just worked now cause I did the extended zip since I paid through PayPal and shop runner) and it says order shipped!

first off most customer service are not that knowledgeable. Their answers will most likely vary from one rep to another. But calling/chatting with cs might alert them of your order and flag it as a "unauthorized order". It's not an "illegal order" perse, but you weren't supposed to order them yet and the fact that you used a method to access them early when they clearly weren't available on the product page is against the rules and adidas has every right to cancel your order. Like everyone said, just wait it out, what other options do you have? It's better to wait for adidas to do their own thing and give you a 50/50 chance of it shipping, than to call in to "rush" them on your order and have them notice that it was an unauthorized order and cancel your order 100%. 

Theres already numerous BD pairs that shipped so that "any BD pairs will be cancelled" is BS and adidas reps' way of doing "damage control" to make it seem like yeah they do their job and enforce the strict rules on unfair advantages.

Yes, being left in the dark has me cyberventilating. I'm glad I didn't call them to apply a discount code.

Welp.

Ordered at 10:30AM est. retail, no code.

2 other pairs on different accounts and billing with 20% code at 10:20AM est and 15% code at 12:30PM est are shipped tho

Got shut down as well.  Was able to cop another pair on the ADC restock today though, wasn't taking any chances.
