Found some OG purples at the outlets for retail, couldnt put them down. Copped my first pair of boosts 8):D

Did anybody here cop the EQT Support 93-16s today ?!

ADC just put them up not too long ago ... nobody got back to me on sizing so I went TTS ...

(regular eqt 93s are half size down, for anyones info)

Agreed on the CNYs, not a fan of them either. Although I would like to see a UB with a similar color dark blue over the entire shoe.

That UB sample that Skep wanted is back on the bay for BIN $799

and the multicolored white with the red heel cup are BIN $1418

The W.W sample is BIN $2127

F&F NMD sample is bidding at $600  (can't confirm if they are real,  too much flash on the boost)

White NMD with colored legos bid $440

All black NMD with black boost bid $370

Non of the shoes are worth these prices

It's all hype

Truly insane. Really hope no one is stupid enough to pay those prices.

Always tends to happen like that though when people are worried certain colorways are never actually dropping to the public. When people still thought the Chalks were F&F, pairs were going for $600-700 on grailed. I'm sure whoever spent that much on them feels like an idiot now. Although if you have that kinda money to drop on UBs you probably don't give a **** regardless.
 
I just skipped 30 pages to check in on page 999 cuz I know I'll be asleep when 1000 hits. I seriously can't believe the rate this thread moves at, it's truly insane. And to think I first checked in back on page 69.

Good news, I officially secured my 9th pair of UBs, so once they arrive I hope to be able to take some nice group shots. Such an expensive addiction, but very well worth it. This shoe is amazing.

And there are still some pairs missing I'd like to own but likely never will, like the sample mentioned above, burgundy, olive, and that damn university of Miami pair, how I'd love to own those!!

Being on page 1000!

Couldn't agree more. Expensive and addictive but well worth it and by far the most comfortable every day shoe
 
By Adidas dropping releases out of the blue like this

they know it keeps their name in the headlines.

If they dropped a colorway with no planned restock

the time in between the next release would be dead silence.

The biggest shock to me was how well the NMD took off.

I was expecting people to call it the the poor mans Yeezy 350.

The sole swap doesn't look that bad, but should he really be making tutorials if he doesn't really know what he's doing? Lol oh well props to him for trying and spending the cash and letting us learn from his mistakes.

Oh no doubt.  When he did his first tutorial, he removed the straps from the Tubular.

That's when I noticed that if he had saved the straps and sewn them to the back of the shoe

as a pull tab, plus do the sole swap the shoe would be almost identical to a 350 boost

Basically Kanye took the primeknit tubular design tweaked it and made it work for him.

That is smart business and resourceful to repurpose existing ideas.

Now if we can get someone to do a sl loop moc with a boost sole (WishATL please do it

Something outside the box.  Yeezys are not always needed to be fire.
