Is CP3 VII better than Superfly 2?

I'm currently looking for a low cut shoe which gives a low feel & also durable for outdoor.

I'm using the old Venomenom 3 which works quite well for me, low & responsive, durable sole the only problem is lack of heel support which hurts my heels when i jump so i added a custom cushion which improved the comfort alot. However i don't really jump much wearing this shoe it's more for running.

I also have a backup Superfly 2, it's traction is superior, however everytime i wear it i can't do anything. it sits higher thus reducing perimeter defense response and i feel clumsy in it just can't do anything right. It doesn't have heel zooms and i can't add custom cushion onto it like the venomenon as it will make the shoe too tight however i believe it has much better heel support than the Venomenon. I believe Superfly is more suitable for Forwards power players and players who spin alot. The flightplate may provide a solid bottom but it also  takes away some flexibility on the foot for people with quick feet.

Kobe 8, 9 are out of the question due to unavailability of XDR soles.

Venomenon 4 seems the same as Venomenon 3 & is more expensive than CP3 VII currently.

Thus I'm wondering will CP3 VII serve me as good or better than the Venomenon 3? I know CP3 VII is in no way better than Superfly 2 in terms of technology & performance, but is it more suitable for small  guards?
