Bred 4 2012 release changung color

My bred 4s grey midsole is starting to turn greenish gray. Why id that And how can i reverse it. (They aré authentic, they have the twentytwelve on the side of the tongues).
 
I know this was somewhat common on the 99 pairs as well (happened to mine). Many components on shoes change color over time, even if unworn. Often times humidity / annual temperature swings in storage expedite these material changes. Someone on here may have some insight on potential remedies, but it may only serve as a temporary "fix"...
