It has its good part, just like Long Beach. The bad part is towards the Lawndale areaTorrance is safe? New to me.

Born and raised in Rocky Mount, it not that bad but it's also no jobs there so you know savages prey on the weak.
Went to school in Santa Clarita and now live 10 mins from Cary. Both places boring as hell.
I stopped at Waffle House in Rocky Mount on my way to Outer Banks one time....seemed shady...But then again every Waffle House is shady.
