Picking up on RD in store

Quick couple questions for anyone who might want to help a newbie out. I've never picked up a pair on RD in store, I usually went resell or online. I'm hoping to get the Carmines in store this time around. I called a couple champs/footlockers/finishlines and I've already entered a couple raffles so here's my questions..if I am picked through the raffle, am I GUARANTEED a pair? As in, I can go in store anytime on RD to pick them up or is there still a line and a possibility I might not get them? Also, any tips for shopping around before RD to find the best spots/chances?? I know a lot depends on my city, I'm about 20 minutes outside of Detroit if that helps. Thanks.

Yes, if you win the raffle you are guaranteed a pair in your size. Just gotta get it before 11am or 12pm, or whatever time they set. And as far as getting before release date you can go through a few methods

• find a connect at the stores

• pay the early pair prices (usually like $220 and up depending on the shoe. be careful on fakes though)

• watch Twitter and follow pages to get early links and all the details on the release

• etc

I won a raffle for XI Concord lows, guy on phone said I could pickup between 9-5. I get there at 12:30 and they say the pickup window was 9-11. Trust no one

shady stores jeeezzz, you should hold the proves that stated the original statement for pick up time window so they can do nothing shady about it

Yeah man that's why if I do do a raffle I get the persons name and sometimes record em if I can. Lot of shady stuff going on with employees hooking up their boys first, themselves, and people selling raffle tickets... I've noticed most releases sell out 3-4 days before Saturday

All they did was pass blame to me stating that I misunderstood but I had written it down on the ticket when the guy called. They asked, well who called you, what was his name and I said probably the guy that wears a 12
