What in the **** is NFL pedigree?

So Carr looks like **** in his final Bowl game, not pedigree, but looks great in preseason, pedigree? Kinda ****** stupid logic is that?

Ryan Leaf started out 2-0 in the regular season, his pedigree leave him after that or somethin?

nobody is expecting carr to take the raiders deep into the playoffs his first season. he looks great so far. if he continues to grow the way he looks now he can turn the raiders into a contender in a few years. carr :smokin fresno state football :smokin

Jesus. Stop hypin some dude you have a crush on cuz his preseason stats look nice. Then postin about it on the daily. I can only imagine how irritating you gonna be when he shines in week 1, Pro Bowl, HOF, IMMORTAL!!!!!!

Then week 2 he goes 11 for 30 and you take the week off. :lol:

Leaf's downfall had nothing to do with talent; he was a mental head case

All he said was that he "looks legit"

The guy is a young QB! You and I have no idea if he's going to be good or bad come reg season but he has improved every preseason game. Yes it's preseason but he's making the right throws and takes command of the huddle!

No, just let him prove me wrong. Go out and win a close game in the 4th quarter. Lead a team on a comeback. Hell, get the raiders to .500 in a year or two.

He does those things and I'll gladly say I was wrong. Just... stop thumping chests after a couple preseason throws. That's all I ask. :lol:

Carr looked good against Seattle 1's...preseason is used to evaluate talent so it's not as "meaningless" as yuk guys want it to be. Only down side is that teams don't gameplan these games and the play calling is vanilla.

But still yall hyped up every other rookie QB in preseason, stop *****ing about someone giving Carr some praise

so santa claras preseason offensive struggles should just be swept under the rug? i get your point but just because its preseason it doesnt mean that the good or bad play should be ignored completely. it should be taken with a grain of salt but its another thing to just say its preseason they will get it together when it counts for santa clara as to say carr looks good but its just preseason. no one is saying dude is hof bound just that he looks great so far.

I would be happy if Carr worked out for the Raiders and their fans.

NFL pedigree IMO is that you have the lineage. Like Eli had the pedigree when he came in because of his father and his brother. Then, I would think it makes sense that QB A has the pedigree to be an NFL QB.

I think Carr has shown the poise so far, I suppose. But, you're either in the camp that does not take preseason seriously because we see this every preseason from someone or that you think he's taking the steps to make the adjustments (and not just the stats) that will make him a QB.

Saying teams are going to regret passing on him IS hyping him up, though. You're basically guaranteeing he's going to have a good career by implying teams are going to "regret" passing on him . Doubt it.
