You mean Ravens. Yeah they gambled and somehow Joe had the miracle run. Good to get that trophy but out them in a tight spot moving forward

That said he will shred Pitt tonight :frown:
Only 466 pass yards in two games last year. 352 yards against Pittsburgh in two games the '12 season. Split both years.

Pass D is reeeeeal shaky this year. Only thing that may slow it down is the run D is weak and Balt may stick with that

Not a chance in hell Goodell makes it through this mess. If it's not the FBI investigation, then the NFLPA will be coming for his head.
I think the bigger issue, more so than the FBI, is what the NFLPA is going to do

The same NFLPA that allowed Roger to be on his sheriff **** since he came in while players routinely speak out against him?

The same NFLPA that hasn't been able to get him removed as judge/jury/executioner...even AFTER negotiating a new CBA? (which they clearly lost, btw)

The same union that can't get its players...in the highest grossing league...guaranteed contracts?

Their biggest win in Roger's tenure was getting the previous commissioner to step in and overrule him on Bountygate. Think about that.

Roger Goodell ain't worrying about the NFLPA bro.

NFLPA said they aren't commenting because they haven't been formally sent any paperwork pertaining to Rice's indefinite suspension.

Still the weakest union in professional sports though...

what an insane year and a half for the NFL . first Hernandez , now this mess

Colin Cowherd's opening rant today was great . hopefully they'll upload it on ESPN radio

I do worry about the corner spot opposite Taylor. Who's manning it, Allen or Gay?

Ike isn't who he was. He can still play but he gets burnt more often than not now. Allen can play, but he lacks the big plays he was making when the Steelers decided to keep him over Keenan Allen, which doesn't look like the best option in hindsight. And Willie Gay is Willie Gay, he has is ups and downs.

Don't get me wrong, these guys are good for the scheme, they play well together. But they lack a "shutdown" guy, and they don't generate turnovers.

^ Agreed.

Dude is not going anywhere. He's the owners' pet and continues to make them an obscene amount of money.....which is all any of them care about. I don't see him leaving barring more catastrophic things coming out.

This latest "scandal" shall pass just like every other one does. And why? Because the next scandal America needs to scream about will come probably next week.

Keenan Lewis? Mistake, put blankets on D-Jax in last year's playoffs. Clamps Lewis.

Well, we'll see just how much armor he has on in the upcoming weeks. I think the NFLPA will have something based off of the fact that suspensions can be reneged only to be upped right after. That's got to have A LOT of players worried...especially, since as you said, Roger is the judge/jury/executioner.

*Back to CT for a second...funniest **** was him carrying that dude on his back in one of those challenges. Dude was TOO focused
