As far as the game though, not mad that we lost but pissed at how we lost. This looked exactly like Dallas from the last 3 years. Pass protection looked horrible, abandoned the run, stop getting Murray involved, defense couldn't tackle nor get off the field on third down. Poor time management during the 2 min drill before OT as well.

Felt like I was watching the WWE, all the cameras going back to the locker room to check on Romo, Jerruah coming down to tell Carrot Top that Romo would be back :smh:, Romo trying to pull a Willis Reed moment instead of supporting Weeden who just lead us on two scoring drives :smh: it was all bad last night bros now we've got Arizona on Sunday, I've seen this episode far too many times
:frown:

Man, you ain't lying. **** was over the top.

There is zero doubt in my mind that the decision to put Romo back on the field Jones' decision.

Playcalling was inexcusable in OT for the Cowboys. Skins defense couldn't stop Murray and they went away from him :smh: As aggressive as the front 7 and DBs were playing, it would only be a matter of time before Murray broke a long run to either put the team in position to tie or win the game.

Jerry gets a lot of the blame. He was definitely too caught up in winning and got desperate. The **** was he on the sideline for telling the team Romo is coming back?

I would have let Weeden finish the game and Romo would have been out of his uniform taking care of his back.

Y'all act like Jerry is the only owner to ever come down to the sideline

Him telling Lisa Salters that Romo might come back in literally had nothing to do with the outcome of the game. It has more to do with the fact that the ******** had well timed blitzes from the first drive of the game to the end, and the cowboys couldn't pick it up. It got worse when Romo came back because he couldn't move and they just started blitzing every down. Then you add the cowboys turnovers + abandoning the run? Goodnight folks.

It was a big win considering the circumstances. Hopefully we can get a W in Minnesota and go into the bye at 4-5. Would give this team a bit of life for the last 7 games of the season.

Wrong. Jerry was out on the sideline telling the coaching staff that Romo was coming back WHILE Romo was still in the locker room getting checked out and being told by the medical staff not to go back in. Jerry also shouldn't have allowed Romo back in that game.

Yea it was a bad look when Jerry was down on the sideline at that particular time.. Especially when the coaches who are supposed to be working are paying attention to his a***

Don't know where I've read it.. Might be one here (and if it was let yourself be known and I'll give you credit for saying it).. Dude would rather lose than win AND not get the credit

Thanks for the laugh.
So frustrated with the coaching last night.

Hope Romo's fine doe.

If so we'll be alright against Arizona.

Even then, what does that have to do with the play on the field? The ******** were able to move the ball by staying balanced on offense, the cowboys couldn't pick up the blitz. In not saying you're wrong, but where did you see the medical staff say he couldn't go back in. I missed that. I did see Romo looking like he was telling them he could go. And Jerry shouldn't have let him back in? Jerry isn't the coach (save the obvious jokes). In a crunch time game, you wan your franchise quarterback out there or Brandon Weeden?

In this case, I would've rather have Weeden out there over our franchise QB. Reason being, Romo wasn't going to get the ball down the field, period. As soon as he came back in I knew the game was over, you could see the agony in his face and you knew his back wouldn't allow him to make the right throws. Keep Weeden in and we have a chance to get down the field and possible try for the game winner in regulation. Bringing a guy who's one hit away from a wheelchair back into the game on a drive starting from your own 3 was very risky. I thought Merriweather was going to end Romo's career on that safety blitz :x he did Tony a favor, send that man some of your bonus money because that could've have been UGLY.

And that's a fair criticism. Weeden looked pretty capable. I'm just dismissing the notion that this is Jerry Jones fault because he came and stood on the sideline abd talked to people. He had nothing to do with the Cowboys not being able to pick up the blitz

This ain't college football, you are what your record says you are.

I couldn't disagree more. I'm just talking trash with the Sea W that's a quality W. But outside if that they beat nobody IMO. I think to show you're legit you have to perform well against the top dogs.

Plus their defense dont ****. I just don't see them as contenders. Playoff team? Barely

You a ******** fan?

Bruh take your W and just be happy with it

"They didn't beat anybody"

Lmao. YALL haven't beaten anybody... Literally... Besides us...

Just take the W fam. Enjoy it for this week.

Yall strapped Dez and destroyed Romo. Defensive line shined last night. Your backup QB showed out at home and proved he belongs in the league. We ****** up by not putter more faith in Murray in the end of the game when we needed to run and letting Romos ol' "I want to be superman but I stay failing in crunch time"'s *** in. You guys had us, but ultimately we shot ourselves in the foot before yall even finished the job.

This is an uphill race for yall and it's only going to get tougher.

It's downhill for us and the season can still go either way for Dallas.

Good game, good effort.

Now do it again next week.

See yall in December.

Real talk. I thought it was over for that boy when he turned his back.

Sort of hyped to see the rematch later this year.

That game was damn good.

Don't get ahead of yourself fam, ya won the game and props for it but I called you out last week to remind you about the bet we made before the season started, and you declined. Folded up like a beach chair because you had no faith in Colt McCoy, now you in here like I told ya so? :smh:

You damn right I didn't have no faith in Colt McCoy. it's ****** Colt McCoy.

How many times did he under throw Deasean??? He should have had at least 2 TD's.

If Robert would have played I would have made the bet. And he will probably play the last game so find me Then!

Sensitive.

Man, what a ******* game by Breeland AND Meriweather. More surprised by the latter. Meriweather arguably had the game of his life.

Going forward, let's let Colt go in to Minnesota, rest up RG3 thru the bye, and go from there.

One week at a time :pimp:
Jordan Reed's catch was :wow: :pimp:

If we can beat the Vikings then we'll be at 4-5 at the bye...couple of weeks ago I wouldn't have predicted that.

I've got a feeling RGIII would've hit Jackson in stride on at least on of those deep balls Colt underthrew, but hey, I gotta give Colt his props. I didn't even believe in him and he's out there making playing and diving head first across the goal line.

Colt McCoy was 25-30 :wow:

Breeland was very impressive last night. That kid was playing his *** off.

Cari Champion might be cornier than Skip Bayless. I'm still smashing though

That Reed catch was :wow: When healthy, there isn't another TE on the roster who can do the things he does.

Another thing...Skins fanbase (and folks in the media) were getting on DJax for his weak *** blocking. Who cares? We know his deal. There isn't a better deep threat in the league and as long as he can exploit DBs on deep throws, he can do whatever he wants. Same deal every week....he jaws w/ a CB or gets a flag, "oh, that's why Chip got rid of him." Catches a 40+ yard pass....*crickets* He's the most talented WR we've had on this roster since we had the Posse. He's so damn good.

Desean is a playmaker. And yes RG3 would have hit him on one of those deep balls. It was there all night.

It was a good W but we're still 3-5. Lot of season to go though. :pimp:
