@RapSheet

If Adrian Peterson agrees to a plea deal Tuesday, do not expect him to be immediately reinstated & active. Maybe in time. Not immediately.

ESPN's Chris Mortensen stated on NFL Insiders that it's "very possible" Adrian Peterson returns to play for the Vikings this season.

Mort initially reported the Vikings had essentially washed their hands of A.P. Per Mortensen now, the team is "softening" its stance. Peterson should be picked up in all 12- and 14-team leagues this week in anticipation of a potential return during the fantasy playoffs. Peterson would rejoin the team with fresh legs, and likely render rookie Jerick McKinnon a change-of-pace back.

I sure hope he beats the charges. Could help whip the Vikings into shape.

i could see them making a switch with the bears for 3rd place instead of 4th in the division.

^They already did.

I had a pretty good feeling all along that Peterson would be back at some point this year. Especially if Minnesota thought they had any chance for the postseason. It was his first offense, so I didn't understand why they took such a strong stance on not bargaining in the first place. As with most things though, time has a way of settling things like this down.

Biggest hope is that his LOA counts retroactively for any suspension he may have been due.

Re: ESPN locker room report: Grossly misinterpreted. The noise, yelling over intrvw was not directed at RGIII, but at ******** PR.

Also, I was in the locker room when "guys were yelling" along with other reporters. It wasn't about RG3. They were messing w/ Tony Wyllie

Eagles QB Nick Foles does not need surgery on his fractured collarbone, source says. Best possible news. Hope is he's back in 6 weeks.

RGIII played well yesterday. Essentially he'll be judged by only two throws. The pick before the half that let Minnesota back in the game and gain the momentum and then the pass that ended the game, which was uncharacteristic of how he was throwing all game.

He dropped the ball into a sand bucket a few times to Jackson and made some great plays with his legs that resulted in positive pass plays. I hope he builds on that and goes on a tear to end the season.

Does Hoyer really fill them with that kind of confidence though? They're a Terrence West chop block away from probably losing that game. Well, that and Mike Glennon thinking every WR has a giraffe neck like him.

What do the Browns do for a QB if they trade Johnny? Nab Cook or Dak?

Texans should just toss Mallet out there and see what he can do. It's been ******* weeks since that trade, if he doesn't know the playbook by now cut him.
Browns aren't trading their first round QB pick lol. Unless Johnny's rolling 20s int he locker room, a team will have to pay a king's ransom. Not to mention Lebron probably will veto it.

Probably time to throw in Mallet...he worked with O'Brien in New England but really, who cares.... we couldn't get Barkley so we went after Mallet... it'll just be to stir the pot a bit. Sucks that Watt is having MVP seasons while everything else is garbage
They probably should trade him.

We got smart wives out here apparently.

My wife has a Dez jersey tho, basically because she heard me carryin on and on about him pre draft, and then the Cowboys took him, her favorite team. :smh:

She does have Luck on her fantasy team tho.

A team would have to move out there first
''We don't have a timetable for (a London franchise). We want to continue building interest, and if it continues to go well we believe a franchise could be here. The Super Bowl won't be played anywhere where we don't have a franchise,'' Goodell said on Saturday.
