i hate Eli ...

being in nyc and being a Jets fan, I gotta deal with the Giants fans ( my whole family ) harping on those 2 Super Bowls and those 2 passes ... couldn't have been a worse QB to have the sun shine on his *** twice in the big one

The second SB was one of the best catches and throws you'll ever see in the big game. Eli didn't get the credit he deserved for that throw.

To JJ: As if that ends the argument. Those who say numbers never lie, but fail to mention the end of the story are those who dont the know how to evaluate the game.

To correct you...Numbers don't lie, but they don't tell the whole story.

The rest of that story is what most people miss, unfortunately. And ultimately, is where they fall short in arguments.

dude like I said , couldn't have been a worse QB to all of a sudden get his Joe Montana on

my sodium levels know no bounds ....

that throw to manningham on the sideline was as big a throw as you'll see. it was just perfect. that one kills me

I wish Peyton played for Belichick instead of Brady. Would be the greatest QB/HC duo of all time. Those two minds together would be like playing with Game Shark.

belichick doesn't want any QB besides Thomas quarterbacking his squad...

You don't even believe that. Billy has always had a crush on Peyton.

i do because belichick says it like 6-7 times a year and wants a guy who doesn't piss himself in a big spot

Did we watch different AFC championship games?

nope...but i've watched football prior to that AFC championship game. have you?

Peyton didn't have a team or coach as good as Brady has had. Brady has had the best coach we've seen in decades. Not only has he had the best coach, he's only had one coach.

When Brady was winning rings, he had a top 10 defense all three times.

We can call the Giants lucky or whatever you want, that team was 18-0 and was a ridiculous team. Even with David Tyree making that catch, Brady choked that game away. Pats should have had at least 25 points.

Brady handed a lead over to his defense in both games with 2 minutes left. hardly a choke job

not like he's out there throwing pick six's :nerd:

Top 5 wrs under the age of 25, go!
Josh Gordon

Alshon Jeffery

Keenan Allen

T.Y. Hilton

Michael Floyd

That was kind of hard

That team was 18-0. IF they won, people said they were the best team of all time. In the fourth quarter, that team should have been up by double digits.

Peyton's never been blessed with anything other than a top 5 WR core in the league. His management fall over themselves to give him tools to look better while neglecting the rest of the team.

but the giants didn't lose to them by double digits in the regular season in week 17, so why would it be different in the superbowl?
