I can only imagine how obvious it is in practice that Carr is 100 times better than Schaub right now.

The staff won't have much of a choice if it wants to remain employed. If Carr is the best that you've got, put him out there. No sense in holding back after what we've seen.

I was squarely in the camp against selecting Carr early, within the first 2 rounds. Wouldn't mind being proven wrong. Not because of his older brother, more so because of the bowl game performance and shoddy footwork at Fresno State.

He'd move the stadium to va before changing the name. Fwiw, he's also talking w/ the va govenor about this. Plenty of space in nova to make it happen.
Former GM Vinny Cerrato talked about this last month

"I said this when this first started a year ago or whatever, I said the only way I see him eventually changing the name is if — IF — he gets a new stadium out of it, downtown, where old RFK was. And he builds a stadium bigger than [Jerry Jones's], which he would do, bigger and better than Jerry's. He gets a Super Bowl. All that. I said that's the way that maybe he would change the name. Getting the property, getting the land, getting a good deal from the city to make concessions to change the name."

I REALLY think that NOVA will be the location of the next Skins stadium. Think about it...the state is already giving the Skins money (aka tax dollars) to hold training camp in Richmond. The practice facility is in Ashburn, and the governor has already said it's not his place to make any judgement regarding the name. Yes, we all know that DC will probably want a name change if the Skins want to build a dome in the city. However, there will be way less resistance (and more land) if they take their business across the Potomac.
